Cotuit Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors. Ashley LaCroix and Ken Alsman will join the 16 current members of the board effective immediately.
Ashley LaCroix, a resident of Centerville, is a Registered Senior Client Associate with the Gulmann Group at Merrill Lynch with 23 years of experience in the financial industry. A member of Cotuit Center for the Arts 5 years, Ashley has become passionate about the continued development and growth of the organization. Ashley has performed on the Main Stage in four productions at CCftA and most recently added Stage Manager to her resume. She is enthusiastic to lend her professional experience as well as her perspective as an actor in her newest role as Board Member.
Ken Alsman is a resident of Cotuit who became a Center Circle member in 2015. Before moving permanently to the Cape with his wife Linda, Ken enjoyed a 28-year career with the city of Mountain View, CA in various senior level city planning and economic development roles. Ken brings prior board experience and expertise that will help the organization as it embarks on its major capital campaign and planning for the campus expansion.
"Ken and Ashley are wonderful additions to our Board of Directors and have each demonstrated a strong commitment to the Center and our mission to make the arts accessible to all. As we move forward with our fundraising and future campus planning, they join a board committed to sustaining the Center's position as a leading cultural asset on Cape Cod for years to come. I look forward to working with them in their new roles at the Center," Kathie Lynch Nutting, Board President.
