  • To renew or purchase your membership online: please use this page below. Scroll down to the section that says "Buy or Renew Your Membership" and follow the instructions for purchasing whichever level of membership you'd like to buy or renew at.

    Please note: you are not able to renew your membership in the Patron Portal at this time.

  • To renew or purchase your membership over the phone: please call our Box Office at 508-428-0669 ext. 0.
  • To renew or purchase your membership via check: please mail a check (including your name, email address, and desired membership level) to:

    You can also drop your check off at our Box Office during our open hours.
  • To renew or purchase your membership through a different method (e.g. through a charitable account, etc.): please contact rachel@cotuit.org directly to make arrangements.

**Annual memberships, both new purchases and memberships purchased as renewals, are always valid for one year from date of purchase.

To purchase tickets or register for classes, please do so on the event page itself. At this time, you are not able to make purchases within the Patron Portal. See our Shows & Events section or our Classes section for more details about our current offerings.

Once you're on the event page, you'll be prompted to login either on the right hand side with a button that says "Log In As A Member" or a similar button once you've selected your seat from our seating map. Please enter the email address associated with your membership, open your email inbox and click the one-time link to login, then proceed to purchase the tickets.

You can also always call our Box Office at 508-428-0669 ext. 0 for assistance or to register over the phone.

Members get presale access to our Main Stage season tickets one week prior to the general public on-sale date. And, our Center Circle members get presale access TWO weeks prior to the general public on-sale date.

To see the presale dates for our Main Stage season, you can go to the event page for each production and all presale dates will be listed. You can also always call our Box Office and they can tell you any presale dates. Please be sure to specify your membership level if you call in.

  • For our Center Circle Presale: a presale email is sent out on the morning of the Center Circle Presale for each particular production. This email includes a presale link for Center Circle members to access early tickets. Throughout the Center Circle Presale, this email link is the only way you can purchase tickets online, so don't lose this link! You'll be prompted to login, then you may proceed to purchase your presale tickets. Instructions for redeeming free season tickets during the presale are the same as the FAQ above.

    Once the Member Presale begins, Center Circle members may also access presale tickets directly through our website. Please go to the event page for the production and you can click the "Buy Tickets" button.

    **Center Circle members can also call our Box Office at 508-428-0669 ext. 0 to purchase or redeem tickets anytime during the Center Circle and Member Presale.

  • For our Member Presale: a presale email is sent out on the morning of the member presale for each particular production. This email includes a presale link for members to access early tickets. For our Member Presale, you can also access your presale tickets directly on our website. Please go to the event page for the production and you can click the "Buy Tickets" button. You'll be prompted to login then, you may proceed to purchase your presale tickets.

    **Members can also call our Box Office at 508-428-0669 ext. 0 to purchase or redeem tickets anytime during the Member Presale.

Please Note: You may purchase as many Regular or Senior/Veteran price tickets as you'd like during the presale. You are not limited to the number of your member discount tickets during our Center Circle or Member Presales (e.g. Individual members may buy 1 member discount ticket and 3 regular tickets, all during the Member Presale).

To use your free season tickets, please log into your Patron Portal below on this page.

Once you've logged in, navigate to the "Redeem Tickets" tab and select the show and date for which you'd like to use your tickets. You may add as many tickets you'd like to your cart up to your free season ticket limit, then follow the instructions to Check Out.

If you'd like to also purchase tickets along with using your free season tickets, you will have to do so in a separate transaction by following the ticket purchasing instructions above.

To view how many free season tickets you have available, in your Patron Portal you can go to the "My Subscriptions" tab and this information will be available to you.

You can also call our Box Office at 508-428-0669 ext. 0 to redeem your free season tickets or check how many you have remaining.

Unfortunately due to issues beyond our control, a number of emails were mistakenly unsubscribed from our mailing lists in the summer of 2025.

If you are not receiving presale emails, our monthly member newsletter, or our weekly Wednesday morning email blasts with upcoming programming information, please do both of the following items:

  1. First please re-enter your information at this link.

  2. Then please also email rachel@cotuit.org from the email address you'd like to receive emails at with the following message:

    "Please resubscribe me to all mailing lists at Cotuit Center for the Arts."

Rachel will be in contact directly if she needs any additional information from you to get you back on our mailing lists—and to let you know when you're all set!

When you log into the Patron Portal below, your membership status will be available under the "My Memberships" tab. You will not see any active subscriptions under the "My Subscriptions" tab, unless you have free season tickets.

Please note that you will not be able to see the tickets or classes you've purchased in your Patron Portal at this time. We suggest you hold onto all confirmation emails for your records. If you've misplaced an order confirmation, don't worry! We always have a a list at the door of all ticket holders. You can also email rachel@cotuit.org to request any confirmation emails you'd like to be resent.

Please email Rachel, Development Associate, at rachel@cotuit.org to request any contact information updates. She will make those updates for you as soon as possible and will confirm with you once those changes have been made.

Please note that memberships are considered to be separate from donations. If you'd like your donation to be put towards a membership, please indicate as such. We will not automatically apply your donation towards a membership.

Buy or Renew Your Membership

To buy or renew your membership online, please scroll down to check out our various membership levels and their respective benefits. You can scroll through the list to see all membership options.

Once you've selected your preferred level of membership, scroll to the bottom of the membership options list and click the "Continue" button to join or renew.

Please note: members joining at the "Supporting" level or higher are considered to be our Center Circle members. As Center Circle members, you enjoy an enhanced level of access to Center Circle member presales, exclusive events, and intimate gatherings. We thank you for your generosity and look forward to making you feel at home here at the Center.
