Class Description
Anyone can train like a dancer to obtain better posture, balance, flexibility as well as long lean muscles and a strong core.
Taught by an experienced ballet dancer, in this class you can experience Lucy's daily workout routine. She will share her passion and knowledge with you to strengthen muscles and obtain a lean sculpted body.
Please bring a yoga mat.
