Class Description
This immersive, “in-the-field” photography course teaches students how to capture stunning
Cape Cod landscapes using only their cell phones. Each class will take place at a different
scenic location across Cape Cod, where students will learn how to respond creatively to
real-world conditions like changing light, weather, and terrain. Through guided shooting
sessions, group discussion, and hands-on practice, students will develop strong composition
skills, learn to see landscapes more intentionally, and build a body of work that reflects Cape
Cod’s unique character. Not only is the goal of this course to become a better photographer, but a better storyteller as a whole.
