Class Description
Always wanted to try belly dancing? Or looking to refine your fundamentals? This series is perfect for beginners or anyone that wants a refresher.
We'll cover posture, body isolations (including the hip shimmy!), traveling with hipwork and elegant arm patterns. Each class will start with a whole body warm up before we dive into belly dance fundamentals.
Please wear comfortable workout clothing. Belly dance is often done in bare feet but you may also wear ballet shoes or foot undies. Bring water and if you want to hear your shimmies, wear a hip scarf with coins. No glass beads on scarves.
