Class Description

Join Nicole Donovan and Sheree Asdot for Sacred Reset! Sacred Reset combines the healing energy of reiki and the vibrational flow of the crystal bowls. During this class, Sheree will offer reiki energy healing individually, while Nicole bathes you with the harmonies of sound. The weaving of these therapeutic modalities encourages the body and mind to relax, giving one a deep sense of peace and clarity. After the meditation, you will be guided into an intention setting practice, to anchor and inspire you on the path ahead!
