Class Description
Ease into your day with intention and presence in this 60-minute all-levels yoga practice - designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. This nourishing class combines movement and mindfulness to start the day connected and centered.
We’ll begin with a few moments of stillness and intention setting, then move through yoga postures that invite energy and balance into the body. Guided by steady breath and thoughtful cues - you’ll stretch, strengthen, and soften into bliss. The class will close with a short meditation, preparing you for the rest of your day.
Expect a balance of grounding poses and fluid sequences, all guided with clear, supportive instruction. Come as you are - this class is for every body and soul.
