Join Eight Active Ingredients of Tai Chi© certified instructor Barry Friedman in exploring the traditional principles of Tai Chi in a relaxed, informal and experiential series of weekly sessions, and enjoy the benefits of this 'Meditation in Motion’.
Tai Chi has the ability to gently interrupt patterns of physical tension, stuck emotions and trapped energy. The particular style of Tai Chi that Barry teaches distills the health-beneficial aspects of this ancient martial art into easy-to-learn yet deeply rich intentional motions to coordinate the mind and body for an enjoyable yet calming practice.
