Class Description
Now offering Tai Chi Level 2! For all students who have completed at least two six-week sessions of Tai Chi for Health and Wellness, an opportunity to learn the 37-step Tai Chi Short Form. Derived in the Yang style by Cheng Man Ching, this form emphasizes soft, relaxed and precise movements that allow for a deeper, more robust development of Tai Chi fundamentals learned earlier, such as a calming stillness within motion and a stronger sense of proprioception — the awareness of the body in relation to the space around us.
