Class Description
Tai Chi is an exceptional exercise for promoting health of the mind and body. Through rigorous research and centuries of practical experience, tai chi has proven effective for managing stress, enhancing resilience, improving balance, musculoskeletal strength, heart health and mental focus. Participants of this workshop will practice a simplified and easy to learn Tai Chi training program as outlined in the Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi (authored by Peter Wayne, PhD, Director of the Harvard Medical School Osher Center for Integrative Medicine).
