Class Description

Ages 7 to 11
In this upbeat and welcoming class, children will discover the joy of playing the ukulele—often called “The Happiest Instrument on the Planet!” Students will start with the basics, learning essential chords, simple strumming patterns, and foundational musical terms in a fun, easy-to-understand way. As their skills grow, they’ll practice playing along with their classmates, developing the ability to keep rhythm, listen to others, and make music as part of a group. Along the way, they’ll explore songs that are both age-appropriate and exciting to play, building confidence and a sense of accomplishment. This class is the perfect mix of learning, laughter, and teamwork, and a wonderful first step for any young musician.
