Set within the creative atmosphere of Cotuit Center for the Arts, this 6-week morning yoga series offers a steady, vinyasa flow rooted in breath, warmth, and mindful movement. Each class invites you to soften into your body, build sustainable strength, and move with intention—awakening a quiet sense of clarity that carries into the rest of your day.
