The Scamps Cotuit Comedy Festival returns with top Boston standups at Tangletuit!

The one-night-only, under-the-stars 2026 Cotuit Comedy Festival announced its lineup for Saturday, August 1, 2026 will feature six top stand-up comedians from around New England.

"Cape Cod’s Favorite Comedian" Jim Ruberti will host the outdoor event, which features some of his personal favorites at the Cotuit Center for the Arts, 4404 Falmouth Road, Cotuit, Mass.

Ruberti will be joined by a lineup of top comedians from around the region, including 2025 Boston Comedy Festival winner Liam McGurk. The full lineup will be announced in July.

“This is a chance for my friends and Cape Cod visitors to see some of the funniest people I know,” says Ruberti, a Barnstable native who has worked around the East Coast and hosts most comedy shows at the Cotuit Center for the Arts. “It’s also a chance for some comedians that are good friends to get together and enjoy Cape Cod.”

The event is co-produced by Scamps Comedy Productions and the Cotuit Center for the Arts and will be held on the outdoor stage at the Center.

Because it’s an outdoor event, the show will be weather-dependent. All lineups are tentative.
