Winter Art 2026

An Open-Juried Exhibition 

January 10 -February 22, 2026 Opening Reception: Saturday, January 17th

Our annual family friendly exhibition is back, this year with the focus on BIG ideas, BIG aspirations and BIG ART!

 Submissions of artwork in all mediums and with no size limitation will be considered.

With younger arts patrons in mind, artwork for the show will be displayed at a height of 4 feet throughout the exhibit – right at children’s eye level.

The annual exhibit is the brainchild of frequent guest curator Margaret Van Sciver, who noticed that her own children were only looking at the bottom half of artwork when visiting museums and hoped to give all young visitors a greater experience viewing art.

 Drop-off: Monday January 5th, 10am -4pm (Proposals for site specific installations will be considered and earlier drop-off and is permissible by appointment with Michelle@cotuit.org)
